Lukas
Lukas is a passionate farmer dedicated to his craft. In 2003, he took over the farm while studying viticulture and oenology. Post-graduation, Lukas taught viticulture and cellar management at the Laimburg School. Today, he focuses solely on agriculture, managing Nikolausberg Hof in Kaltern along with another farm at Lake Garda. He also consults for and manages a winery at Lake Garda.
Maria
Maria received her education in landscape architecture at the renowned Weihenstephan University of Applied Sciences in Freising. Professionally, she has been teaching horticulture and has designed and implemented numerous gardens throughout South Tyrol. Maria aims to preserve natural beauty, promote sustainability and create habitats for humans and animals through landscape architecture.
